If you smell a gas leak, it’s imperative that you locate the gas leak and
shut off the gas and have it repaired. And it’s very easy to locate the source
of a gas leak. Just use some dishwashing liquid and some water - about a half
and half mixture - and a brush and just apply it to all of the connections and
the hose around your gas line until you see bubbles form. And you will
definitely see bubbles foaming out of wherever the source of the leak is.
